Before you drop out, you may want to browse the want ads and see if you can find any jobs that don't require at least a high school diploma or a GED. Not too many. And this goes on for the rest of your life.

I am a retired school principal. You can get a copy of your transcripts from the counselor. If you owe any fines, or other monies, you have to pay first.
If you have a need for the transcript, ie, you're enrolling in another school, your old school will send a copy of the transcript to your new school. Or your recruiter.
If you drop out of High School, why would you need your transcripts?
