It will be okay. You can call the college and let them know, and send those transcripts over. You'll want to send the transcript and not ignore it because you'll want credit for that course. When I started my freshman year of college I had a couple of college credits that I hadn't listed on my application from another college. I went back after I started my freshman year and that transcript sent and was able to get credit for it.
