No, you send an official transcript ONLY to the school you decide on attending. May 1st is the deadline to tell the college of your choice that you've been accepted to that you are planning on attending, or else after that date, they are going to automatically assume you're not attending. Then, either in May or June, tell your school to send an OFFICIAL transcript to your choice of UC or CSU.
