When to send my transcripts/scores to california state university?

i know at university of california schools, you dont send your official transcript (and maybe scores?) until after they accept you. but for california state universities, when do i send in sat/act scores and transcripts? do i do it when i apply or after/if they accept me? please helppWhen to send my transcripts/scores to california state university?
