Hello I just graduated from Maric College with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice. Some people have told me that a State University won't accept my transcripts because Maric College is a private institution is this true?Would a State University accept my transcripts?
you just have to make sure the units you took were transferrable. talk with a counselor at the school you want to apply to.Would a State University accept my transcripts?
talk to the school. call them and they will tell you, dont take your friends word for it. find out for yourself.
Usually private/public isn't what goes into the decision, instead accreditation is what matters,
Ask the schools about their policy.
