Can i get written transcripts of all text messages for my verizon cell phone?

No. Even if you were to seek a court order asking for records, all they would be able to pull is the time, date and phone number the text was sent to or from, that's it. The only way to see messages you have sent or recieved is if you have them saved on your handset or online. However online you're messages disappear after 5 days, and your handset can only keep so many messages stored before it will start deleting them.
