Here are instructions for requesting a copy of your transcript for the time you attended Fresno Unified.





All requests must be made in writing and mailed to:


FUSD Student Records

Fresno, California 93721





Please include the following in your transcript request:





1. The name you used while attending school.


2. Your date of birth


3. The name of the last school you attended at Fresno Unified


4. Your signature on the request


5. A money order for $4 payable to Student Records. Each additional transcript is $2. (Personal checks cannot be accepted).


6. Please indicate if your transcript needs to be
