When do colleges stop looking at high school transcripts?

I heard that after you graduate from college and if you wanna get higher degree, the next college you apply to doesn't look at your high school transcripts (just your transcripts from the college you previously graduated from)..

so if i got my associate's degree, then transfered somewhere else to get my bachelors, would that college I'd be applying to be looking at my high school transcript???When do colleges stop looking at high school transcripts?
It depends on the particular institution you are applying to. I live in Indiana, and two of our best universities, Purdue and IU, have different rules. At IU, once you have 12 credit hours of at least 100 level course work, they will not require your high school transcript. However, Purdue wants your high school transcript if you have anything less than a Bachelor's degree, which is 120 credit hours. Different schools have different policies, so try to find the information about the particular school you are interested in.When do colleges stop looking at high school transcripts?
No they wouldnt. They would just check your previous college transcripts. you are correct.
