When should I send my official transcripts?

I recently applied to CSULB for Fall 2009 as an upper division transfer applicant and I got a letter in the mail stating: ';To determine your admission eligibility, we will require official transcripts of all college course work completed including Fall 2008 grades.'; So does this mean I have to send my transcripts now, and then send my Fall 2008 grades once I have them?..or wait until after I finish Fall 2008 semester and send my transcripts only after fall semester?

After you do receive the Fall 2008 grades, you need to send another transcript.
