If i released my High school transcripts to a college, and they sent me an application in return....?

does that mean that i still have to pay for the application, or can i just send them the application back?

It depends. Sometimes the applications say ';Priority Application'; or something and that the application fee is waived. However, unless it specifically says the application fee is waived you still have to pay. Many people get applications, those are free. you still have to pay unless you qualify for a fee waiver. if you do qualify go ask your counselor if you are filling out a paper form or if you are filling out the application online then follow the steps.
