you have to tell web designer to create a web page for you n give them the details to be put on it. it may cost you more than thousand rs. or else u can create a blog for free and give either u can display through orkut or facebook or ibbo
yes u dont have to create a website instead use naukri.com and timesjobs.com to gain more response.
